What is J&D return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery. This return policy apply website shoppers only. After we receive the returned item including the free gift, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 8 to 12 business days and credited to your original payment method.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

In such events, you are required to return the product in an unused condition with its original packing and it should also include original tags, so that the refund can be initiated. When will I get the return ?

How do I track my order?

You can track your package with USPS, FedEx and UPS. If you see any issue with your delivery, please contact our support team at  jdjewelers@hotmail.com and we will get on the case.

What is the estimated time for the products to be delivered?

The date of delivery usually depends on the type of product chosen by you. We have various products in store that will be delivered to you within 7 working days. Most of the products are usually readily available and it normally takes upto 7 days for delivering such jewellery pieces to you in a safe condition. Please exclude Saturdays, Sundays and festival occasions.

What does Shipping Cost?

IT’S FREE! We offer free shipping to all orders.

Where do you ship??

We ship all over the USA only. International shipping is not available at the moment. To make sure all items are delivered safely, we offer USPS, FedEx and UPS standard shipping. Please note that we require a signature upon delivery.
