Our products are of the highest quality, and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you can exchanged within fourteen day (14) days of delivery in its original condition with the sales receipt but sorry to say that no refunds. We will replace or repair any item with manufacturer’s defect up to one month after purchase. Jewelry damaged due to customer’s negligence will be repaired at minimum charge. 1. Notify us via Email
Send an email to jdjewelers@hotmail.com. The email should include your invoice number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, a telephone number to conact you and finally the reason for your return.
2. Obtain a Confirmation Code
A confirmation code will be sent to you when this information is obtained. No merchandise will be processed by Jewels & Diamonds without a confirmation number.

4. Insure your Return
Send the package by registered mail. Insure the item for the full amount of the invoice, including shipping. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Do not ship by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Processing Your Return
Once the item reaches Jewels & Diamonds premises, please allow one full day for our professionals to send you a confirmation return code. The return code assures your return to made efficiently and effectively. Delays can occur due to lack of return code or failure to include the Grading Analysis report if purchased.
Our Jewelry professionals will then undergo a thorough inspection of all returned item. Please allow 2-4 business day for our team to complete the inspection. Items must be returned in the original shipped package and the same condition as they were sent. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused. After thorough inspection has been made on all returned items, we will replace or repair item.
